I have not been able to get out with this lens, and will not be able to do so for some time as my trusty vehicle is at the vet’s for a new coat of paint. So during my virtual travels, should I come across any spectacular fisheye photography, I thought I would post a link here.

What is fisheye photography?

Fisheye photography refers to extreme wide-angle photography done with an 8mm lens. This lens gives a 180 degree field of view on a full frame camera, producing a circular image. The lens does not have a hood and the glass bulges out of the barrel, thus resembling the bulging eye of a goldfish.
